Terms of Use
Last updated: October 19, 2026
These terms cover your use of movingcompanybradenton.com and the Bradenton Mover Line phone number. By using the site or calling the line, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or the line.
Calls may be recorded. We may be paid when we connect your call. You pay us nothing.
What Does Bradenton Mover Line Do?
It connects people who call with independent moving companies in Manatee County and nearby. That’s all it does.
The line:
- Does not move anything, and has no trucks, crews or warehouses
- Does not give prices, estimates or quotes
- Does not write, sign or enforce moving contracts
- Does not employ, supervise or control the movers it connects you with
Every price, estimate, contract, crew and move comes from the moving company you speak with. That company is responsible for its own work.
How Is Bradenton Mover Line Paid?
By moving companies, for calls. When your call is connected to a mover, that mover may pay us a fee. You don’t pay anything to call the line.
This means the movers you reach through the line are advertisers. Being connected with a mover is not a recommendation, endorsement or guarantee of that company’s work, price or legal standing. See our advertising disclosure for more.
What Should You Check Before Hiring a Mover?
You decide which mover to hire, so the checking is yours to do. Before you sign or pay:
- Look up the mover’s state registration, or its USDOT number for a move to another state. Our verify a mover page shows how.
- Get a signed, itemized written estimate. Florida Statute 507.05 requires one before any work starts on a move inside Florida.
- Read the coverage terms. Florida’s minimum is 60 cents per pound per item.
- Keep any deposit small and pay by credit card when you can.
We don’t guarantee that any mover is registered, insured, available on your date or right for your move.
Is the Information on This Site Advice?
No. Pages on this site give general information about moving in and around Bradenton. Prices on the site are published averages from named sources, such as moveBuddha and HireAHelper. They are not quotes, and they change.
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, insurance or financial advice. Laws, rates and rules change. For your own situation, talk to a qualified professional, or to the agency that oversees the issue.
We work to keep facts accurate and show when each page was last reviewed. If you find a mistake, email info@movingcompanybradenton.com.
Are Calls Recorded?
Calls to the line may be recorded, and every call starts with a notice. Florida law, Statute 934.03, requires the consent of everyone on a call before it’s recorded. By staying on the line after the notice, you agree to the recording. How recordings are used and kept is explained in our privacy policy.
What Can’t You Do on the Site or the Line?
You agree not to:
- Make prank, abusive or repeated calls meant to tie up the line
- Give false information to get a mover to come out
- Copy, scrape or republish this site’s content without written permission
- Try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the phone system
- Use the site or the line for anything illegal
We can block numbers or visitors that break these rules.
Who Owns the Content on This Site?
The text, tables, layout and graphics on this site belong to us, except where a source is named. You may share a link or quote a short passage with credit. Anything more needs written permission.
Facts drawn from public sources, such as the U.S. Census Bureau, the National Weather Service, Florida Statutes and the FMCSA, belong to those sources.
What About Links to Other Websites?
The site links to government agencies, laws and other outside pages so you can check facts yourself. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
What Are the Limits of Our Responsibility?
The site and the line are offered “as is.” We don’t promise they’ll always be available, error free or right for your purpose.
To the fullest extent Florida law allows, we are not responsible for:
- Anything a moving company does or fails to do, including damage, loss, delays, no-shows, prices or billing
- Decisions you make based on information on this site
- Losses from the site or the line being unavailable
Disputes about a move belong between you and the moving company. If you have a problem with a mover, see our moving problems page for the state and federal agencies that handle complaints.
Which Law Applies?
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about the site or the line will be handled in the courts of Manatee County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.
Can These Terms Change?
Yes. When they do, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Using the site or the line after a change means you accept the new terms.
