Bradenton Mover Line is paid by moving companies. This page explains how, what that means for you and what it doesn’t change. If you read only one line, read this one: the movers you reach through our phone line are advertisers, not companies we’ve tested or vouched for.

Calls may be recorded. We may be paid when we connect your call. You pay us nothing.

How Does Bradenton Mover Line Make Money?

Moving companies pay us for calls. When you call +1 (941) 392-6022, your call is connected with an independent mover that serves your area. That mover may pay a fee for the call.

You pay nothing to call. There’s no sign-up, no membership and no charge added to your move by us. Any price you’re quoted comes from the mover.

What Does That Mean for You?

Three things.

The movers are advertisers. A mover you reach through the line has paid, or agreed to pay, to receive calls. Being connected is not a recommendation, a rating or a guarantee of its price, quality, insurance or legal standing.

Calls aren’t ranked by quality. The line connects callers with participating movers that serve their area. It doesn’t compare movers’ reviews, prices or records for you before connecting the call.

You choose. You don’t have to hire the mover you’re connected with. Compare it with others, and hire whoever fits your move best.

The Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides call for disclosing any “material connection” between a business and the companies it promotes. A payment for calls is that kind of connection. That’s why this page exists, and why every page on the site carries a short disclosure at the bottom.

What Doesn’t the Line Do?

The line connects calls. It does not:

  • Move, pack, store or haul anything
  • Give prices, estimates or quotes
  • Write, sign or enforce moving contracts
  • Employ, train or supervise movers
  • Handle damage claims or billing disputes

All of those belong to the moving company you hire. Its name, address and phone number must appear on your written estimate under Florida Statute 507.05.

Is the Information on This Site Paid For?

No. Movers don’t write, review or approve the guides on this site. The figures in them come from named public sources, such as the U.S. Census Bureau, the National Weather Service, Florida Statutes, the FMCSA, and published cost averages from moveBuddha, HireAHelper and HomeAdvisor.

Prices on the site are averages, labeled with their source and date. They are not quotes from any mover, and they’re not the price you’ll be charged.

Each guide shows the month it was last reviewed. If you spot a mistake, email info@movingcompanybradenton.com.

How Should You Check a Mover You Reach Through the Line?

The same way you’d check any mover:

  1. Ask for the registration number. Florida movers show a state registration number. Interstate movers need a USDOT number with household goods authority.
  2. Look it up. Our verify a mover page shows how.
  3. Get a written estimate. Florida law requires a signed, itemized estimate before any work starts.
  4. Compare. Get at least one more estimate. The Florida Attorney General recommends three.
  5. Watch for red flags. A demand for cash or a large deposit, a price by phone without seeing your home and blank forms to sign are on the FMCSA’s list.

More is on how to choose a moving company.

Are Calls Recorded?

Yes, and every call starts with a notice. Florida requires the consent of everyone on a call before it’s recorded. Recordings help us check that calls were routed correctly and settle questions about which calls a mover received. See our privacy policy.

What If You Have a Problem With a Mover?

Contact the mover first, since it holds your contract. If that doesn’t settle it, file with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services at 1-800-HELP-FLA for a move inside Florida, or with the FMCSA at 1-888-368-7238 for an interstate move. See moving problems.

If a mover you were connected with cancels or doesn’t show, call +1 (941) 392-6022 again to reach a different one.
