Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

This policy explains what Bradenton Mover Line collects when you visit movingcompanybradenton.com or call our phone line, why we collect it and who we share it with. It connects callers with independent moving companies in Manatee County and nearby. It doesn’t perform moves.

Calls may be recorded. We may be paid when we connect your call. You pay us nothing.

What Information Do We Collect?

Only what we need to connect your call and run the site.

Where it comes fromWhat we collectWhy
A call to our lineYour phone number, the time and length of the call, and a recordingTo route the call, check call quality and settle billing questions with movers
What you say on the callDetails you choose to share, like addresses, move dates and home sizeSo the mover can quote your move
Visiting the websiteYour IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the site that sent youTo see which pages help people and to keep the site working
An email to usYour name, email address and messageTo answer you

We don’t ask for card numbers, bank details or Social Security numbers. Don’t share them on a call to our line or by email. Pay a mover directly, after you have its written estimate.

Why Are Calls Recorded?

To check that calls are routed correctly, to review call quality and to resolve questions about which calls a mover received.

Florida is an all-party consent state. Under Florida Statute 934.03, a phone call can be recorded only with the consent of everyone on it. That’s why every call to our line starts with a notice that the call may be recorded. If you stay on the line after the notice, you agree to the recording. If you don’t want to be recorded, hang up and contact a mover directly. Our verify a mover page shows how to look one up.

Who Do We Share Your Information With?

The moving company you’re connected withYour call, your phone number and what you tell themSo they can quote and book your move
Our call tracking provider, SignalWireCall records and recordingsIt runs the phone line for us

Law enforcement or a courtWhat the law requiresWhen we’re legally required to

Moving companies pay us for calls connected through the line. Your call goes to the mover you’re connected with. We don’t sell lists of callers’ names or phone numbers to other businesses.

Once you’re connected, the moving company’s own privacy practices apply to what you share with it. Ask the mover for its policy.

Do We Use Cookies?

Yes, for analytics. A cookie is a small file your browser stores for a site. We use Google Analytics to see which pages people read and how they found the site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

Do We Call, Text or Email You?

No, not for marketing. We don’t make sales calls or send marketing texts. If you email us, we reply to that email. A moving company you speak with may follow up about your move.

How Long Do We Keep It?

Call records and recordings are kept for 90 days, then deleted. Emails are kept as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of the request. Website analytics data is kept under the settings of Google Analytics.

How Do We Protect It?

Access to call records and recordings is limited to the people and providers who need them to run the line. We use password-protected accounts with our providers. No system is fully secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we’ll notify you as the law requires.

What Choices Do You Have?

You can email info@movingcompanybradenton.com to:

  • Ask what information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct it
  • Ask us to delete call records and recordings tied to your phone number, unless the law requires us to keep them

We’ll answer within 5 business days. We may need to confirm your phone number to find the right records.

Does Florida’s Privacy Law Apply Here?

Florida’s Digital Bill of Rights took effect July 1, 2024. It applies to companies with more than $1 billion in yearly revenue that meet other tests, such as earning half their revenue from online ads. Bradenton Mover Line doesn’t meet those tests. We still honor the requests listed above.

Is This Site for Children?

No. The site and the phone line are for adults planning a move. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has contacted us, email info@movingcompanybradenton.com and we’ll delete it.

How Will We Tell You About Changes?

We’ll update this page and the date at the top. Changes apply from that date. If a change affects how calls are recorded or shared, the notice at the start of each call will reflect it.

How Do You Contact Us?

Email info@movingcompanybradenton.com, or see our contact page. For the terms that govern the site and the line, see our terms of use and advertising disclosure.
